Role Mission

The resource will be part of the Operations Office, within Global After Sales department, reporting to the Operations Manager. The objective of the stage is to collaborate to build a structured monitoring of urgent service requests and to perform a daily follow up.

Key Accountabilities

  • The resource will be gradually involved in:
  • Analyzing data in order to identify cases close to their expected deadline
  • Creating a structured way to monitor identified cases
  • Supporting Operations team in defining priorities
  • Supporting coordinators in defining an effective process to collaborate with all the departments involved in order to speed up critical cases
  • Defining a communication format aimed to inform properly colleagues involved in dealing with Stores and Regional After Sales
  • Performing a daily monitoring and follow up

Key Requrements

  • In order to act properly the role, the following skills are required:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Management Engineering, Accounting is preferred
  • Fluency in English

Requisiti:

  • Spiccata predisposizione nell’acquisire nuove conoscenze
  • laurea in Statistica e gestione delle informazioni, Economia o Statistica gestionale
  • Attitudine e ottime capacità a lavorare con i sistemi informativi: software dedicati alla raccolta, elaborazione e diffusione dei dati e delle informazioni
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Impareranno poi le attività a supporto del controllo dei provider del Business Operations e ne diventeranno responsabili nel quotidiano monitoraggio, interfacciandosi anche con i referenti dei provider esterni, con l’obiettivo, ove possibile, di revisione ed improvement.

LA POSIZIONE

ATTIVITÀ PRINCIPALI

 Scopo dello stage sarà far acquisire al tirocinante strumenti e metodologie sulle attività riguardanti:

  • Supporto alle attività relative alla posizione di project management nell’ambito dell’implementazione dei processi e sistemi aziendali.
  • Supporto per analisi e monitoraggio dei costi, per la valutazione di misure di ottimizzazione e per l’elaborazione di reportistica atta a controllare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività.
  • Supporto nell’implementazione di processi strategici.
  • Analisi e monitoraggio continuo del total cost of ownership dei vari sistemi aziendali, valutazione delle possibili misure di ottimizzazione e definizione degli eventuali piani di azione da proporre al management aziendale.
  • Elaborazione della reportistica atta a controllare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività proprie e di quelle condivise con le altre Business Units.
