This Brand Specialist will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon. Brand Specialists will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations and online marketing, to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon.

Brand Specialists will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, to include marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, social media and other channels, to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness and customer conversion on Amazon. This role will autonomously negotiate promotional opportunities for vendors and create comprehensive marketing proposals. Strong writing skills are critical, as Brand Specialists will schedule, produce, update and manage content on Amazon’s product detail and category pages, to ensure a high quality customer experience.

In addition to site merchandising and marketing, this role is responsible for inventory management, forecast generation, new product launches, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive the vendor’s business. In essence, Brand Specialists act as the general manager and own a vendor’s business on Amazon.

As Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team, which provides a suite of services designed to help Amazon’s most strategic brands working across all key areas of retail business. You will work with vendors supplying the top brands on Amazon, acting as the main point of contact for them. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow your brands and improve their performance. You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring vendors’ satisfaction with the service.

Key responsibilities as a Brand Specialist are:

• Own the relationship end-to-end with top brands

About the Graduate role:

Amazon is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join the fast paced world of Logistics in Italian Operations as a Graduate Area/Shift Manager. This will be a permanent role from day one with structured onboarding and plenty of training and support.

An Area/Shift Manager is a manager with a bias for action. You will manage day-to-day operations in one of the segments from inbound to outbound (receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping) and liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
