WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Based in our Client Capabilities Center in Wroclaw, Poland, you will be part of McKinsey’s Cleansheet Solution. Our Cleensheet Soution is one of the main digital assets within our Operations Practice and Product Development and Procurement team. Used in over 300 different client engagements last year, and subscribed to by over 20 clients, Cleansheet Solution is looking to launch its next growth wave by expanding its R&D team to target additional industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will develop and mature of cost models used by our consulting teams as well as work directly with clients.

In this role you will be highly entrepreneurial, building innovative content in new applications and industry verticals, and expand usage of our Cleansheet solution. You will work with both experts and consulting teams to develop models and progress the Solution’s content roadmap. You will shape the future of the Cleansheet Solution by working closely with the product development team to identify opportunities to improve the software and design key features to improve client experience.

You will gain a deep understanding of the Cleansheet Solution software product and develop new parametric models, involving bespoke research, data engineering, development of costing algorithms, model testing, validation and maintenance.

You will work with experts and consulting teams to develop, test and validate new models in client engagements or through physical models. Moreover, you will increase adoption of by maturing parametric Cleansheet models and data through incorporating feedback from testing/validation and analytics.

You will develop expertise in target industry verticals, becoming a thought partner for consulting teams and clients on Cleansheet modeling.

You will codify new knowledge for future use by the Solution and the practice. Furthermore, you will develop expertise across Cleansheet’s use cases in procurement negotiations and target costing, and assist in proposals and client conversations.

You will be based in our Client Capabilities Center at Wroclaw, Poland as part of our Digital Procurement team, specifically the digital sourcing team. This group is part of McKinsey’s Product Development and Procurement (PDP) service line.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will help clients capture cost savings using digital sourcing tools.
In this role, you will use digital sourcing tools to help clients run digital auctions, digital Request for Quotes (eRFQs), digital tenders (eTenders) and digital requests for information (eRFI). You will consult these clients as a part of a large and diverse client service team. You will work with a vast variety of clients – up to 1 unique client per month.
You will join the consulting team as a core member responsible in executing portions of the sourcing project plan. You will drive end to end sourcing event strategy, event design, vendor negotiations and savings capture. You will help clients understand basic sourcing optimization terminology and workflow, plan the sourcing process and identify requirements for a relevant outcome using McKinsey best practices. You will provide analytics support to deliver key insights on sourcing projects through use of the configurable reporting tools to assess responses, aggregate data and create negotiation support and business summaries. You will produce high quality results from solution assets. You will also ensure digital procurement assets, vendors and processes adhere to our standards and that client information and data is safeguarded to the utmost level.
McKinsey will train you to become a global expert in procurement best-practices, digital sourcing and digital sourcing tools including Coupa Sourcing Optimizer, JaggaerOne, and ScoutRFP. We will also train you to demonstrate the asset solution capabilities helping you develop business development skills.

What you will do:

Siamo alla ricerca di:

SVILUPPATORE HARDWARE

Lavorando nella funzione di Ricerca e Sviluppo, all’interno del team di sviluppo firmware ed hardware, dopo un primo periodo di formazione, il candidato si occuperà di:

  • Analizzare le richieste (specifiche funzionali) che il Marketing invia all’R&D per lo sviluppo nuovi prodotti (o modifica degli attuali).
  • Collaborare con PJM, PDM, sviluppatori FW, Industrializzatori e addetti alla manualistica nello scopo di rendere integrato il proprio lavoro di sviluppo hardware con il prodotto, la relativa documentazione e manualistica.
  • Collaborare per lo sviluppo della diagnostica dell’hardware progettato.

 Il candidato ideale è in possesso di:

  • Conoscenza dell’elettronica integrata e di schede a microcontrollore.
  • Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione seriale SPI, I2C, RS485, CANBus
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo su piattaforme a microprocessore Cortex (M0,M3), preferibilmente ST, Microchip e/o Renesas, oltre che su microprocessori a 16 e 8 bit.
  • Conoscenza di CAD elettronico Altium
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica o Elettrica.

Junior financial analyst manager settore Rinnovabili/Efficientamento Energetico - Contratto

Il Gruppo Green Utility svolge la propria attività operando sia come produttore di energia da fonti rinnovabili, sia in qualità di Energy Company, agendo in qualità di soggetto specializzato nella realizzazione di interventi di efficientamento energetico. Tramite le sue competenze, il Gruppo offre servizi di consulenza e gestione impiantistica a terzi, oltre che per i propri asset.

Il candidato collaborerà con la business unit “Advisory & Investment Management” del gruppo occupandosi delle seguenti attività:

  • Elaborazione e modellizzazione dei business plan;
  • Valutazione e review di Business case e di assets specifici;
  • Elaborazione di budget annuali, forecast trimestrale e cash flow prospettici;
  • Elaborazione di Piani Industriali;
  • Ausilio alle funzioni di business nelle fasi di valutazione degli investimenti e monitoraggio successivo;
  • Preparazione di presentazioni e report per il management e per clienti.

Il/la candidato/a dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea specialistica in materie economico/finanziarie o ingegneria gestionale (con percorso di studi specializzato in ambito finanza e mercati finanziari);
  • Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in ruolo analogo maturata all’interno di aziende di piccole-medie dimensioni o in società di consulenza strategica;
  • Consolidate competenze matematico/finanziarie, contabili e competenze fiscali di base, applicabili nelle principali metodologie di valutazione aziendale;
  • Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);
  • Spiccate doti analitiche, capacità di sintesi e presentazione dei dati.

E’ richiesta una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, oltre a doti di pianificazione e organizzazione, proattività, flessibilità, autonomia, predisposizione a lavorare su tempistiche stringenti, leadership orientata al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e lavoro in team.

Tipologia contratto: dipendente CCNL Metalmeccanici Piccola Industria (UNIONMECCANICA-CONFAPI, CONFAPI, FIM CISL, FIOM CGIL E UILM UIL) siglato in data 03.07.2017 ed integrato con i successivi accordi di rinnovo.

Tempistica assunzione: immediata
