The role, reporting to the Commodity Manager, will take part in planning and controlling the company’s purchasing requirements for direct materials that includes Steel & Packaging components.
In particular, he/she will participate in the following activities:
- support in defining internal needs and in assessing market conditions;
- participate in identifying a sourcing strategy for Steel & Aluminum components based on technological roadmap and supplier base definition;
- support in negotiating Long Term Agreements contracts;
- collect supplier KPIs and analyze suppliers cost, quality and delivery performances;
- support Product Management and Supplier Quality Assurance activities;
- early supplier selection and involvement in R&D projects;
- identify operational/financial risks and develop mitigation plans;
- take part in cost reduction projects;
- manage order processing (technical requirements acquisition, offer request, negotiation, sharing information with other internal departments, ERP data management) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Engineering with a brilliant academic career. Negotiation abilities, organizational skills, analytical approach, proficiency in Excel and availability to travel are essential for covering the position successfully. English is mandatory, French is a plus.

The role, within the Group Procurement department, will report to the Supply Manager for a specific Product Line and will be the procurement point of reference for the Product Business Unit and Supply Chain & Operation.
- Collaborate with Group Procurement Director and Innovation Team in scouting new suppliers;
- ensure New Product Introduction discipline and deliverables within the Procurement Organization;
- plan and coordinate cost reduction activities, new suppliers’ homologations as well as quality improvement initiatives;
- ensure supplier readiness liaising with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Procurement;
- keep track of buy parts and tooling lead times to identify and manage critical paths;
- ensure that parts and toolings meet the requirements;
- support phase-in and phase-out activities.
The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and a previous experience at least of 2/3 years in the similar role in multinational Company.
Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving, team work and flexibility complete the profile.
English knowledge and proficiency in the main MS Office tools (Excel) are basic requirements.

The role, within the Connectivity R&D will be responsible for the following activities:
- Define requirements, specifications and architecture for third party integration services (i.e. API);
- Define requirements, specifications and architecture for Web and Mobile Applications;
- Design and perform debug and integration tests on the full stack architecture (APP, backend, device etc.);
- Support third party application developers;
- Collect, monitor and analyze Web and Mobile applications usage data;
- Manage interactions with other Ariston departments (e.g. Business units, production, markets, R&D and Quality);
- Manage activities in cooperation with consultancy companies and partners;
- Project management activities.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering with specialization in Computer Science and 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in Web programming.
- Good knowledge of C# and .NET framework
- Good knowledge of Web Programming back-end and client side (such as web services, REST API, JavaScript, HTML etc.)
- Knowledge of relational (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.) and non-relational DBMS (e.g. MongoDB, Cassandra etc.)
- Familiarity with the Xamarin framework and Mobile APP development
- Knowledge of tools for analytics on Web and Mobile Application (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python programming language, Linux ecosystem and cloud computing systems (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud etc.)
- Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, Mercurial etc.)
Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and team working complete the profile.

The role within the Innovation R&D Team who develops control logics for Heat Pumps, Hybrid, Solar, Heating Zone management systems, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Definition and implementation of test procedures and support to the laboratory technicians;
- Product and System tests execution;
- Test procedure writing and Automatic test bench software/hardware maintenance
- analysis and interpretation of tests’ results to understand if the specification meet the goal and modify specifications documents if needed;
- analysis and interpretation of tests’ results to find bugs in the specification implementation and inform Electronic R&D Departments in order to solve them
- Writing of Specification Documents for Products/Systems interacting with Marketing, Electronics R&D Departments and platform managers in order to find a viable solution (in terms of time, cost and quality) to the markets requirements;
- project management activities.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably with specialization in Automation, with a brilliant academic career.
A previous experience, preferably in household appliances, in developing electronic equipment with communication feature and interaction with other electronic devices is a plus.
Practical expertise in testing of appliances interacting in a system, testing and developing control algorithms, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and team working complete the profile.
English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements.
Knowledge of TestStand, Veristand, Matlab, Simulink and Dymola is a plus.
