Momenti di formazione tecnica in aula verranno alternati a momenti di formazione on the job con il costante affiancamento di un Tutor e di un Mentor , con il supporto di un piano di sviluppo stabilito all’ingresso in azienda e periodicamente supervisionato durante momenti strutturati di verifica della performance.

Il piano di inserimento prevede un programma di job rotation strutturato in tre rotazioni all’interno dei diversi Team: Risk Consulting, Claims, Employee Benefits, Infrastructure, International Placement, Risk Management o all’interno delle diverse Specialties (Marine, FinPro, PEMA, Trade Credit, Motor).

Requisiti

Siamo alla ricerca di graduate che abbiano maturato un brillante percorso di studio accademico, in possesso di una conoscenza fluente della Lingua Inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua (la conoscenza della Lingua Cinese costituisce elemento gradito di valutazione) e che abbiano consolidato avanzate capacità di utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici (in particolare, Excel e Power Point).

L’aver maturato un’esperienza formativa o professionale all’estero è un requisito gradito.

Titolo di Studio: Laurea in materie Economiche,Finanza, Risk Management, Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Civile o indirizzo affine, Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Giurisprudenza.

DATA ANALYST

As a Data Scientist, you are able to exploit the data in order to extract meaning and interpretation; you love to build mathematical and statistical models, design and implement algorithms with the aim of gain insights and suggest data driven decisions. Responsibilities:

Work with large, complex data sets. Solve hard, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical, statistical, mathematical methods as needed. Be autonomous in end-to-end analysis (e.g. data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, presentations).
Structure relevant data science questions given a set of business objectives.
Build and prototype analysis and models iteratively to provide insights.
Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting…) with effective presentations and communications of findings.
Research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve Eurobet’s data products.

Skills:

MS degree in a quantitative discipline
Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Knime, …).
Strong machine learning, programming, data mining and statistics background.
Proficiency with one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g. SPSS, R, Knime,… )
Fluent English, both speaking and writing
