Si ricerca un/a Neolaureato/a o Laureato/a in ambito umanistico,  economico o giuridico da inserire nell’area commerciale per la  consulenza alle aziende nel settore delle risorse umane e formazione  finanziata. L’attività di consulenza nasce da un primo contatto  telefonico, per poi passare alla presentazione del servizio di selezione  e formazione, alla raccolta dell’analisi del fabbisogno e alla  negoziazione dell’offerta commerciale, per poi chiudere con  l’acquisizione del cliente. La fidelizzazione e lo sviluppo sono i  risultati del lavoro quotidiano. Per rispondere alle richieste dei  clienti la figura commerciale deve possedere doti di comunicazione,  spiccate capacità di ascolto, organizzazione e pianificazione del  lavoro, intuizione e spirito d’ iniziativa.

Obiettivi generali del tirocinio

Il tirocinio si svolgerà nell’ambito della Direzione Raccolta Fondi all’interno dell’area One to many e avrà l’obiettivo di far acquisire al tirocinante tecniche e strumenti di raccolta fondi verso donatori privati, con particolare focus sulle attività di acquisizione e fidelizzazione. Il tirocinante avrà l’opportunità di partecipare allo sviluppo e alla promozione delle attività “Occasioni speciali” (bottega solidale, eventi e donazioni in memoria) e alla implementazione delle attività del One to Many.

Attività principali
Partecipare alle attività di:
  • Gestione contatti con i donatori (telefonicamente o via email) e con i fornitori
  • Sviluppo e ideazione delle attività di promozione per i Programmi “Occasioni Speciali”
  • Sviluppo strumenti per campagne One To Many (ad esempio 5×1000)
