MISSION
In such a dynamic and motivating context as Bulgari Accessori Srl, we are offering an exceptional opportunity to kick- start your professional career growth. We are looking forward to recently graduated students to join our Master Data & Transversal IT Projects Department as intern, based in Florence.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support master data definition and registration in the systems within the assigned area of responsibility, respecting Corporate Data Quality guidelines, in order to ensure data completeness, reliability and quality in all Company database and tools:
- Input, update and manage into the relevant database all master data for use in product development, operations, sales, marketing processes, as well as in administration and controlling reporting.
- Support the data owners in collecting and structuring master data respecting data classifications and codification rules, according to Data Quality guidelines
- Promptly update technical master data if required (changes in products/raw materials/components, processes, company procedures, regulations) (where applicable)
- Support periodic check on master data and product lifecycle in order to ensure quality, completeness and reliability of all information registered in the systems
- Support for all activities relevant to master data
- Support and participate in business/IT projects to identify impacts on master data and follow up the implementation of changes in master data management processes and in the master data system database
- Participate in IT projects to develop/implement other systems and tools in order to boost master data management evolution.
Profilo ricercato
Technical Skills
- Degree in Economy and Engineering Management
- Fluency in Italian and English
- IT applications – Proficiency in Excel
- Good command and knowledge of latest technologies (Web applications)
- Database management techniques is a plus
- Access and SAP are a plus

HR TRAINING INTERNSHIP
Within the Human Resources Department of Bulgari Headquarter based in Rome, we are looking for a HR Training intern. The candidate will support the Training team in the following main activities:
- Actively participate to the planning and reporting processes of training, according to the Company’s procedures and deadlines, supporting the collection and consolidation of training needs and the communication of training calendars.
- Guarantee the timely execution ,also by interfacing internal/external clients and providers for classroom, blended and online tuition , of all the steps of the learning processes (e.g. enrolment/invitation, scheduling, organization and monitoring of sessions, creation and/or coordination of training materials, collection and processing of trainees’ feedback, sharing of course materials, collection of attendances and accurate data recording in the HR System/learning platforms)
- Keep track of any further requests of external training and follow all the steps of registration and invoicing, once the request gets the approval
- Carry out the administrative activities related to purchasing of training services
- Support the operational steps of budgeting and expenditure check for training
- Guarantee periodic analysis and reporting on training data as defined by Training Responsible and Company’s deadlines and procedures
- Carry out and guarantee all the administrative steps to get reimbursements of training costs through the dedicated funds and consultants
- Guarantee the use of document repositories and other innovative tool to simplify the sharing of information about training
Profilo ricercato
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Knowledge of Training methodologies, new trends and tools
- Familiarity with training platform and database
- Budget and reporting techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Fluent in Italian and English
