Ruolo

Il Responsabile Planning pianifica tutte le attività del gruppo in modo da garantire la qualità e il rispetto dei tempi per ogni attività prevista. Inoltre, si occupa di rispondere al cliente per quanto riguarda la pianificazione, di intrattenere i rapporti con tutti i fornitori e di ottimizzare ogni spostamento delle squadre di lavoro in coordinamento con il responsabile operazioni.

Le principali attività saranno:

  • organizzare e mantenere aggiornato il planning aziendale
  • relazionarsi con i clienti e gestire la pianificazione
  • partecipare alla selezione degli operatori delle squadre secondo le disponibilità e rapportarsi con le agenzie per il lavoro per l’incremento delle risorse.

Requisiti

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • conoscenza le attività legate al settore dell’inventariato e della logistica;
  • possibilmente ha già svolto esperienze di lavoro in questo ambiente, anche saltuariamente;
  • abilità nel pianificare le attività e nell’organizzare il lavoro di altre persone;
  • oltre a una dimestichezza approfondita del pacchetto Office, della posta elettronica e i dei browser di navigazione internet, ha conoscenza con i principali software in ambito della logistica e dell’inventariato;
  • conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • patente di guida.

Completano il profilo l’essere disponibile e flessibile, organizzato e autonomo nella gestione del lavoro. È importante sapere sviluppare una relazione di fiducia con i clienti e saper ascoltare. Inoltre, è indispensabile essere in grado di lavorare in team.

Sede di svolgimento: Milano/Firenze.

Livello professionale: iniziale inserimento con tirocinio supervisionato direttamente dall’Amministratore Delegato e dal Direttore Generale del gruppo. In seguito, la risorsa sarà assunta con regolare contratto e lavorerà direttamente con il Responsabile Operation e i responsabili di agenzia. L’indennità minima per il periodo di tirocinio parte da euro 500 come previsto dalla normativa della Regione Lombardia.

Compiti :

You will be asked to reinterpret sales processes. You will be ready to design new opportunities, both for the growth of the Company and for your personal development as a sales specialist.
You will have a target-based approach to evolving the sales process and customer experience. You will combine the use of off-line touch points and digital tools to establish constant and productive relationships with users, based on ABB values.
You will work closely with the newly established Digital Marketing team (digital and content strategists, community managers, data scientists, and advertisement experts) on mapping customers’ profiles and sales history, to start up sales actions and maximize efficiency of our sales processes. In this role, you will handle products and services such as Web App, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing and marketing automation, carrying out a business action on acquired and potential customers.
The web will be your starting point: analyze trends and market changes and hunt for any relevant insight that can support product evolution, sales and pricing.
You will develop and lead business value-based opportunities within targets assigned to you and you will be responsible for existing and new clients, with a focus on a new sales strategy/approach. This is a team player role that works proactively to drive customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities to deliver superior solutions in a way that also increase profitability. You will manage large-scale complex deals and requests for proposals, demonstrating superior knowledge of the market and building compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions.

We are looking for the best candidates for several open positions in our main locations in Italy (Vittuone, Marostica, Bologna, Firenze, Torino).

Requisiti:

Our ABB new generation team helps the local sales organizations and the division to use digital tools to simplify, streamline and transform the way they work. We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with great problem-solving skills and a technical/commercial background, someone with a master’s degree in engineering who is able to recognize and measure the various steps of the selling process. Experience in sales in the industrial sector is a plus.

Furthermore:

  • You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Engineering
  • You speak fluent English
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills
  • You have excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • You have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Social Network, Community platform)

For our Electrification Product Division we are looking for an Intern who will support our project “Use of Thermography for temperature measurements in the field of low voltage din rail components”.

Compiti:

  • Support in execution of temperature measurements on low voltage din rail components with the use of thermocamera and comparison with traditional measures
  • Support the definition of new setups in order to measure temperature values on low voltage din rail components
  • Statistical analysis of experimental data
  • Prepare technical reports on activities and Laboratory procedures.

Furthermore, chosen candidate will be using: 

  • Current generator power
  • Measuring instruments voltage and current
  • Infrared Camera
  • Oscilloscope
  • Data Acquisition System

Requisiti:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Physics
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
