  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all’estero

Il candidato verrà inserito all’interno della direzione accounting  e, riportando al Responsabile d’Area, dovrà gestire gli aspetti tecnici ed economici di una commessa di Facility Management, dovrà occuparsi dell’analisi e della verifica dei contratti in essere con i fornitori monitorando l’erogazione dei servizi nel rispetto del contratto e dei KPI pattuiti.

In particolare sarà responsabile:

  • della pianificazione e distribuzione delle attività richieste dal cliente, monitorando la corretta esecuzione delle attività
  • dell’analisi economica delle attività straordinarie e dei preventivi in generale
  • dell’apposito sistema informativo aziendale;
  • della predisposizione della reportistica interna;
  • della comunicazione efficace con il cliente, proponendo tutte soluzioni per migliorare l’efficienza del sito;

Competenze ed esperienze richieste

Il candidato ideale ha maturato un’esperienza significativa nel campo del Facility Management e/o dei Servizi alle Persone, possiede una laurea in discipline tecniche e un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, infine una spiccata capacità gestionale ed economica.

Orario: Full Time.
