JOB DETAILS:

ISS is seeking a pool of talented and self- motivated research interns for the winter/spring of 2019. Our interns will be assigned to a dynamic regional markets and guided by our top experienced analysts.

As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will become an integral part of the team with the crucial role of helping deliver data and research on compensation proposals of listed companies. The internships coincide with the so-called “proxy voting season”, i.e. when most listed companies convene their annual shareholder meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our analysts by closely inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies
  • Learn about executive compensation and pay practice throughout Europe
  • Gather data based on information in the company’s public documents

Qualifications

  • A relevant master degree in economics, business, finance or law or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
  • An interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection
  • A good eye for detail
  • Fluent English writing skills
  • Fluent command or good level of French and/or Italian and/or German. Spanish/Dutch would be an asset.

  • Procure meetings materials (agendas , proxy cards , annual reports ) from companies and process the meetings in our bespoke software

  • Act as a support for all other internal departments with regards to all questions related to companies, meetings etc.

Qualifications

Within the Human Resources Department of Bulgari Headquarter based in Rome, we are looking for a HR Training intern. The candidate will support the Training team in the following main activities:

  • Actively participate to the planning and reporting processes of training, according to the Company’s procedures and deadlines, supporting the collection and consolidation of training needs and the communication of training calendars.

Brief description of the position

As  a   Software  Developer   you’ll  be  playing  a   key role in   the  design,   installation,   testing  and   maintenance    of software systems. In this years, Iason has developed an online trading platform and several quantitative software tools for risk management. As a developer you may be required to work with important customers, in their office with their team to build strategic tools.

Main Tasks

  • Develop and implement code that is readable and maintainable by other developers
  • Develop and implement databases as solid foundations of the software
  • Acquire and analyse request from functional analysts and suggest the best solution
  • Work with IT Management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Analytical and Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Engineering will be appreciated
  • Strong logical skills with the ability to organize code with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A good knowledge of main databases and query languages will be appreciated
  • Proven working experience as a software developer is a must for senior profiles
  • Technical expertise in front end programming, back end programming, database design development
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with OOP

Stage Europe Inventory Planner (Scandicci - Florence)

Role mission

European Inventory Planner has the responsibility to maximize the productivity of inventory in a luxury supply chain, by the control of the coverages of assortment and of the coverage of target stock defined at each level of the distribution network.

This is a stage opportunity, with a wide range of possibility for the candidate to explore and make practice in Gucci, with a particular focus to European Retail Market.

Key Accountabilities

  • To follow the process to set the target of inventory at SKU and store level on the base of coverages, sales trend, forecast and stores capacity.
  • To make practice in the analysis of coverages and store performances.
  • To learn the logic of the stock rebalance among stores, according to analysis of: stock level, transport cost and sales probability.
  • The tutor of the candidate is a senior Inventory Planner.

Key Requirements

  • At most one year of experience, not mandatory in similar position.
  • Bachelor degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, managing engineer or related fields.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience in using of Windows and Excel.
  • Other tools (like Access) are considered a useful plus
  • Detail oriented and extreme accuracy.
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally and collaborative skills.

Missione del ruolo

Il tirocinante sarà inserito all’interno dell’Area Shoe Production e farà parte di un team dedicato a progetti di re-ingegnerizzazione dei processi di produzione di materiali per calzature e di prodotto finito. Inoltre avrà l’opportunità di essere formato sulla gestione di progetti a forte contenuto innovativo e finalizzati all’attuazione del miglioramento continuo in tutta la filiera produttiva.

Principali mansioni

In particolare, il tirocinante verrà formato sulle seguenti attività:

  • Analisi dei processi produttivi interni e dei fornitori esterni appartenenti a diversi tipi di industria (conciaria, metalmeccanica, etc..)
  • Re-ingegnerizzazione di processi produttivi, finalizzata alla riduzione dei lead time e riduzione di vincoli di produzione
  • Gestione di progetti di miglioramento degli attuali processi di pianificazione e acquisto materiali
  • Collaborazione con altre funzioni interne alla Shoe Business Unit, consulenti esterni e personale interno ai fornitori

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Conoscenza dei processi di Lean production
  • Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e Power Point

Job Description

As an intern you will be involved in all aspects of our end-to-end process. You will help the team to develop a plan to solve the client’s problems.

Interns work closely with Project Leaders and Partners, and have primary responsibility for understanding the client’s strategic issues and delivering good analyses and documents to senior members of the team. Job Profile
