We are looking for a young new graduate for a 6-month internship in the Group’s Procurement Department in Milan (HQ), starting from February/March 2019.

The internship will be carried out under the guidance of a Company Tutor, and will focus on the following activities:

  • Market scouting activities of products and services in international and national markets based on Business Lines requirements and needs;
  • Supporting  Country analysis activities, based on the Company’s Strategic Plan (economic and political environment, supply chain, foreign investments attractiveness);

Job Description

The role of the Sales Executive is to promote and sell InnoHealth Saas solution into major Italian hospitals and CROs. Leveraging our success in France and our initial contacts in Italy, the sales executive will identify key target hospitals, establish a relationship with key decision makers and promote our solutions in a view to replicating our success in France. He/she will be supported by the French team, the R&D team and reporting to the CEO. This position is key to our company success and the candidate will get full support from management. If successful, the candidate will progress to the position of MD Italy.

You’ll be responsible for identifying customers, contacting key decision makers, presenting the software in details and clarifying the needs and requirements to successfully roll out our solutions to hospitals. A key understanding of hospitals and hospital needs is required as well as a good understanding of the software. For training and after-sales, you will be initially supported by our French team which works closely with our R&D centre based in Tunisia. More details will be disclosed to successful candidates.

Qualifications

The role

Our Sales Intern will be responsible for creating and growing relationships with top food and beverage brands in order to create value in at-home sampling, market research and social influencer services.

You will

  • Manage the full sales cycle (from resourcing new potential collaborations to reporting on the campaign performance)
  • Research new contacts and leads while accurately managing the sales pipeline via our CRM
  • Present our services in a structured, professional manner to our partners and brands via telephone, emails and meetings using the available tools.
  • Provide market research and social media advice to brands about their campaign performance.
  • Build relationships with existing and future partners and brands
  • Participate in projects
  • Participate in our Customer Service via email and telephone

Requirements

This is you

  • You have a native or close to native level of Italian.
  • You have prior internship/junior experience in the Sales field.
  • You have a strong desire to start or further your career in sales and develop your skills to progress within the company
  • You’re ridiculously organized and work well in a team.
  • You have good communication and negotiating skills as well as a professional telephone manner.
  • You enjoy presenting and are able to express yourself both face-to-face as well as through other mediums of communication.
  • You are goal-orientated and highly self-motivated.
  • You have a passion for the food industry.
  • You have recently finished or will finish your studies shortly, and you’d like the opportunity to progress long-term within the company.

  • year experience in Risk Analysis, Safety and Loss Prevention in the Process industry
  • Degree in chemical, nuclear, mechanical, process risk, environmental or other relevant engineering
