Aptar’s Talent Management team in EMEA is looking for support and searching for an intern within the Talent Attraction organization who will assist the daily recruitment duties and collaborate on key projects related to talent attraction and recruiting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain job creation, approval and posting through our Internal Applicant tracking System (SuccessFactor).
  • Pre-select resumes and gradually interview suitable candidates on a selection of international recruitments.
  • Schedule calls, meetings and interviews. Assist the organization of room and travel bookings for meetings.
  • Send interview confirmation emails (with instructions) + follow up calls/emails to candidates post their interview.
  • Respond to all candidate applications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in reimbursement of candidates travel expenses.
  • Contribute to talent attraction projects designed to create or improve common practices i.e. Young graduate recruitment, TA metrics, improvement of our ATS, Employer branding, on boarding.

Profile

  • BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and ideally one another European languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and digitally savvy.
  • Energetic, business acumen.

Graduate program

Personality and ability tests will be part of the selection procedure which will be performed by Authentiek. The overall selection procedure will take about 2 months. As a consequence, even if you have not graduated yet, you can start the selection procedure upfront and ensure your place before graduating. Once taken on board you will receive certified training on hard skills like trouble shoot complex IT, network and cybersecurity issues as well as interpersonal skills (tailor made). Career development coaching will be part of the programme as well and the programme will last 2 years.

Il tirocinante in affiancamento al tutor verrà coinvolto in casi di concentrazione, di abuso di posizione dominante e di cartelli. In particolare sarà richiesto di studiare i più recenti provvedimenti dell’Autorità garante della concorrenza e del mercato e di redigere una sintesi degli aspetti più significativi di ciascuna decisione. Il tirocinante sarà inserito, oltre che nei progetti di consulenza, in progetti di ricerca di Lear per conto di autorità di concorrenza e regolazione nazionali e sovranazionali. Si offre così la possibilità di verificare come gli strumenti micro-economici siano utilizzati per la risoluzione di controversie antitrust.  Lo stagista, inoltre, avrà anche modo di comprendere quanto l’attività di ricerca sia indispensabile per fornire, agli operatori economici e alle Autorità di concorrenza e regolazione, analisi complete e puntuali.

Lear is offering a six-month internship ideally starting from April 2019 to a student that are completing, or are in the course of completing, their studies. The position is based in Rome. Successful applicants are expected to support senior staff and are typically involved in data collection and analysis, desk research, preliminary drafting of reports.

Candidates should:

  • have completed their Bachelor and Master in Economics (or be about to complete their Master);
  • have an interest in industrial economics and competition policy;
  • have good quantitative and analytical skills;
  • be willing to work in team and be able to meet tight deadlines;
  • be fluent in both Italian and English. The knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. The knowledge of statisticalmathematical softwares, such as Stata, E-Views and Matlab, is an advantage; – have a proactive attitude and self-motivation.

To support and enable the License Compliance Team to deliver exceptional results through the provision of reporting, guidance and effective programme management.
The Italian compliance team exists to ensure that customers are correctly licensed, for the software deployments in place.

The two key elements that the Intern role will support are:

  • Assembling and summarising the customer license entitlement, across all of the solution areas.
  • Requesting and processing deployment information from the customer.

Strategic tasks and operational responsibilities
