Principalmente la risorsa collaborerà alle seguenti attività:

  • Schedatura delle unità archivistiche in base allo schema di metadati definito e con l’ausilio di un sistema informatico per la gestione documentale
  • Etichettatura delle unità archivistiche
  • Fascicolazione di unità documentali
  • Selezione della documentazione da scartare secondo il Prontuario di scarto predisposto dall’Ente e preparazione degli elenchi di scarto
  • Digitalizzazione di alcune serie archivistiche per la conservazione sostitutiva e/o per la consultazione

Requisiti:

  • Corso di Laurea triennale / magistrale in Lettere, con preferenza di provenienza da Beni Culturali o Conservazione e restauro dei beni culturali

JOB DETAILS

Joining our international team as Marketing Assistant will require you to immerse yourself in an environment that is fast-paced, expanding and continuously inventing new efficiencies to offer the best printing experience to our clients through our mobile application and the Cheerz website.

Directly working with the Italian Marketing Manager, you will be taking care of the Italian Community Management (Facebook, Twitter), Newsletters – CRM, influencer collaborations (Bloggers, Youtubers, Instagramers, snapchatters), product text optimized for SEO and conversion, customer service management for retention and conversion, closing partnerships,  managing our Milan based PR agency.

REQUIRED PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be highly organized. innovative, team oriented and have a real desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment. With rapidly changing priorities.

We are looking for native Italian speaker, data driven with great sense of ownership, willingness to learn fast and with great enthusiasm for e-commerce. Your will also require strong planning skills for arranging marketing plans with the global marketing team and for handling multiple projects at once.

Most of our customers are female 20-35 years old, so it is highly appreciated a good knowledge of magazines, websites, brands and influencers that follow such segment.

You’re organized and love to interact with people.

Previous experience or great interest in online marketing is required, a lot of enthusiasm and motivation to learn and acquire new skills.

English written and spoken is a must. French spoken is a big plus.

Stageur – Relazione con i donatori
