Job Summary

“Javascript developer” is a key role in the Innovation Team. The developer we are looking for, would work on Javascript-based projects with adoption of the latest technologies available on the market (e.g. NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB and Angular). He will contribute to the concept, the design, the execution, the testing and the maintenance of the products/services.
The Candidate should have 2/4-year experience in developing web applications using the mentioned technologies. The Candidate will have experience working in a team to deliver projects.

DESCRIZIONE:

La risorsa si occuperà di pianificare e gestire gli ordini della merce ottimizzando il livello delle scorte. In particolare dovrà gestire i contatti con i fornitori e con i punti vendita, ottimizzare l’assortimento degli ordini in funzione della tipologia del mezzo di trasporto, monitorare la merce in arrivo e in partenza.

 È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; è necessaria un’ottima conoscenza di excel e una buona conoscenza degli altri applicativi del pacchetto Office.

Si richiede,preferibilmente, laurea in ingegneria gestionale. Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali, capacità di lavorare in team, gestione dello stress, capacità di problem solving flessibilità ed un’ottima capacità di analisi.

DESCRIZIONE:

Ricerchiamo per i nostri Punti Vendita Manager di Cassa e di Accoglienza.

Inserita nel team di Regia, la risorsa supporterà il Responsabile del Punto Vendita nei principali processi gestionali e operativi, occupandosi di garantire un’adeguata accoglienza ai clienti e la corretta applicazione delle procedure del team degli Hostess/Steward di cassa, occupandosi di:

  • Gestione Hostess/Steward di cassa;
  • Gestione turni, programmazione ferie e permessi;
  • Accoglienza e congedo al cliente;
  • Corretta informazione e comunicazione al cliente circa i prodotti e servizi offerti dall’Azienda, i tempi e le modalità di consegna e di pagamento;
  • Chiusure giornaliere (e rispettivi report e versamenti);
  • Assicurare il buon clima all’interno dell’area cassa

Il candidato ideale ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo presso realtà della GDO/Retail, gestendo un team di almeno 5/6 risorse.

Ha ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, è abituato al lavoro in team e ha una forte propensione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Requisito indispensabile è la mobilità territoriale, su tutto il territorio nazionale, e la disponibilità a lavorare durante il week end

POSIZIONE: Manager di Punto Vendita

DESCRIZIONE:

Inserita nel team di Regia, la risorsa supporterà il Responsabile del Punto Vendita nei principali processi gestionali e operativi, occupandosi di:

  • Gestione turni, programmazione ferie e permessi;
  • Supporto al Responsabile nel monitoraggio delle vendite e delle performance dei venditori;
  • Verifica e monitoraggio del rispetto degli standard aziendali;
  • Supporto alla vendita;
  • Supporto al Responsabile del Punto Vendita nell’analisi della qualità della vendita da parte dei venditori; nella gestione delle comunicazioni alla forza vendita; nell’analisi delle performance della forza vendita, presentando reportistica periodica di analisi dei dati presenti sul sistema relativi a vendite, revisioni e chiarimenti effettuati dai venditori;
  • Supervisiona e garantisce il decoro del Punto Vendita dalla fase di apertura a quella di chiusura

Il candidato ideale conosce le dinamiche della GDO/Retail e ha preferibilmente gestito un team di almeno 5/6 risorse.

POSIZIONE: Progetto Academy per Ingegneri – “Manage your Career”

DESCRIZIONE:

Il Manage Your Career è una iniziativa di Mondo Convenienza, in collaborazione con scuole di alta formazione manageriale, finalizzata al reclutamento, selezione e formazione di giovani di grande potenziale al fine di inserirli nell’organico Mondo Convenienza come ingegneri di processo/Informatici, a supporto di alcune funzioni aziendali come la Logistica Integrata, il PMO e l’IT&C e UTE.

10 / 12 partecipanti complessivi formeranno l’aula di formazione prevista su Roma.

Il percorso formativo si svolgerà nell’arco di un periodo di 6 mesi durante il quale i partecipanti saranno legati a Mondo Convenienza da uno Stage/tirocinio retribuito.

La formazione vedrà l’alternanza di momenti in aula e on the job:

In aula verranno alternate docenze dei nostri partner per potenziare le competenze già valutate in fase di assessment a cui si alternerà un focus sulla nostra realtà aziendale con docenze e testimonianze del management aziendale.

On the Job gli allievi affiancheranno i responsabili di funzione nella realizzazione di progetti e iniziative.

Al termine del percorso formativo, e a seguito della valutazione positiva da parte di Mondo Convenienza, seguirà un contratto a tempo determinato.

Ricerchiamo neo laureati su tutto il territorio con i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale (votazione minima: 105/110);
  • Background Accademico: Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Meccanica;
  • Economics, Organizzazione e Controllo, Orientamento al Risultato, Problem Solving, Consapevolezza Organizzativa, Orientamento al Cliente, Comunicazione, Costruzione e Gestione delle Relazioni.
