Si richiede:

Your responsibilities

  • Support the presentation of the full suite of Craneware products and solutions by taking care of new, prospective as well as internal clients;
  • Learn how to use company sales tools (i.e. Salesforce);
  • Support sales promotion and product development;
  • Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and to link product features and benefits to help them and to help promote sales;
  • Support Project Managers by continuously reviewing with the sales team trends and client feedback to anticipate future markets needs;
  • Provide support to the sales team in client discovery and by proactively drive sales process in according with the internal roles and tools;
  • Establish and maintain positive work relationships by working productively with support groups within the business;

Your background

  • A Master’s degree in electrical/ electronic or management engineering;

The Project Execution team are at the heart of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while helping to build a sustainable and profitable future. Your responsibilities

  • Performs basic survey work, standard computations, analysis and basic design tasks. Collects data and supports production of the engineering design (e.g. creates drafts for the Project Engineer to approve).
  • Assists other engineers (preparation of permit applications, testing, drawings, computer aided design work, etc.). Exercises judgment on limited details of work and on application of standard methods.
  • Prepares project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables.
  • Supports risk assessments and implementation of resulting actions in one’s area of responsibility. Documents and handles technical risks according to mitigation guidelines.
  • Collaborates with the Supply Chain function, reviews vendor documentation, supports preparation of RFQs, evaluation of proposals, maintaining the execution of projects, etc.
  • Uses standard processes and tools applicable to one’s area of responsibility. Reports process and tool inefficiencies, along with suggesting ideas for improvement.

Your background

  • Master’s degree in Electrical engineering/Electrical Machines or Automation.

Tasks

In this role, your main accountabilities will be to promote and support the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy. Accelerate the rate of operational

You will also establish and implement Q&OpEx priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the local operation. Monitors progress and supports actions on deviations from

targets.

Your background

We are looking for a newly graduated in preferably Management Engineering and have basic knowledge on lean production, operational excellence (Opex) and quality issue.

You need to have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Lean Engineering Tools, Visio (will be a plus) and Office (in particular Excel).

We are looking for a Service&Commissioning Engineer to join our Power Grids Business, location Santa Palomba.
The selected candidate will execute service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. In close co-operation with customers and other ABB teams, he/she will take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.

  • Perform service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.).
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. Identify new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.
  • Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.
  • Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.
  • Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
  • Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
  • Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents

Your background

  • A bachelor/master degree in Management Engineering or Electric Engineering;
