Job Purpose
Collaborate and support TPS in developing and finalizing mobile products for the local market ensuring that products meet all requirements in terms of software and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and the finalization of mobile products by testing all the functionalities and providing relevant Field Test Reports and feedback to R&D and HQ.
- Test of software releases and consequent feedback to R&D and HQ to verify bug fixing and to report improvements to be applied in order to meet VOC and local market needs.
- Review of all technical documentation, user manuals, leaflets on the managed products range.
- Provide technical support, assisting internal departments for local projects.
- Support the communication with R&D and HQ to keep synchronized the mobile device development phases with the local market activities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in TLC / IT Engineering;
- Professional Background: N/A
- Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tools required. Experience in software development is a plus.
- Language Knowledge: good written and spoken English.
Internship: 6 months
