Corporate After Sales Operations Internship (Scandicci - Florence)

Role Mission
The resource will be part of the Operations Office, within Global After Sales department, reporting to the Operations Manager. The objective of the stage is to collaborate to build a structured monitoring of urgent service requests and to perform a daily follow up.
Key Accountabilities
- The resource will be gradually involved in:
- Analyzing data in order to identify cases close to their expected deadline
- Creating a structured way to monitor identified cases
- Supporting Operations team in defining priorities
- Supporting coordinators in defining an effective process to collaborate with all the departments involved in order to speed up critical cases
- Defining a communication format aimed to inform properly colleagues involved in dealing with Stores and Regional After Sales
- Performing a daily monitoring and follow up
Key Requrements
- In order to act properly the role, the following skills are required:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Management Engineering, Accounting is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Excellent Excel
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and resolute approach
Tipologia di contratto: stage della durata di 6 mesi con un rimborso spese di 750€ netti.
