You will be involved in…

• Analysis of Publishers Performances supporting partnership relationships;
• Scouting new Publishers;
• Campaigns Optimization, Analysis & Test Session (test new Features);
• Weekly and Monthly KPIs analysis (CPM; Fill Rate; Tech Issues etc);
• Competitors’ analysis testing and digital/ advertising trends.

You…

• Have preferable another experience in the digital advertising sector;
• Have a degree in Business Administration, Communication science, Marketing or similar;
• Have a strong command with Excel, data analysis & interpretation, capacity to synthetize data to arrive to conclusions for decision making;
• Know English fluently, knowledge of Spanish will be a plus;
• Have a strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Have passion for the mobile industry, new technologies, advertising, new media and social media.

We are looking for a motivated person to join our Business Intelligence team in Rome who will report to the Business Intelligence Analyst and will also work closely with the Country Business Operations/Marketing crew.

You will be responsible for…

• Create, update and track all business performance through spreadsheets analysis on a daily basis.
• Interpret the data analyzed, tracking product performance in terms of the main business KPIs, giving important insights and recommendations to the business teams.
• Research and analyze market conditions or changes in the industry in terms of economic, political, regulatory and competitive trends in order to identify new products and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for projects plan and product requirements definition.
• Support the implementation of new projects, involving all relevant departments in HQ coordinating the activities with a specific country of responsibility.

You…

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business / Marketing / Industrial engineering or Statistics. Erasmus or any other international studying-working experience abroad will be a plus.
• Have excellent computer skills, proficient use of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Have strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to details and orientation to results.
• Know Malay or Thai, English and Italian fluent.
• Have passion for the mobile industry and its developing potential!
