Purpose of the role:

We are looking for two candidates to be included within the Industrial Excellence group for:

  • Performance Management: management of site KPIs, identify and develop improvement initiatives
  • Training Academy: standardization of the training academy, creation of a structure with levels of competence

Key Accountabilities:                                  

  • Ensure the management, programming and analysis of statistical data
  • Develop and manage performance management dashboards for each department in order to allow continuous monitoring of activities
  • Manage the planning of existing training, collect feedback and new training needs
  • Standardize the structure of the TA integrated with the activities of the site by creating a structure with levels of competence
  • Ensures and deepens scientific and technical knowledge that helps drive business objectives and provide business value flows
  • Provide continuous support in order to ensure the correct use of KPIs and training tools, supporting the analysis of these to ensure continuos improvements in the various departments

Basic qualification:

  • Informatic or engineering degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP e VBScript
  • Good English knowledge
  • Team working capability
  • Capability to work in a structure company

Purpose of the role:

The aim of the internship is to support the reliability engineering dept to develop new KPIs and to improve the system currently used for the calculation and extraction.

Key Accountabilities:

In Site Engineering Department it is currently used Spotfire to extract KPIs.

One of the aim of the project is to develop new KPIs and dashboard accordingly to business needs and to improve the existing ones.

The second objective of the project is to develop a system to automatically extract alarms for the major critical asset.

Basic qualification: 

  • Engineering or informatic degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Spotfire of similar tools
  • Programming knowledge (i.e. C++, Matlab or similar)
  • SAP PM knowledge is a plus
  • Team Working capability
  • Capability to manage multiple projects

The focus of this job is to analyze different operational contests in Primary and Secondary work-streams for mapping the existing technologies in different sites. The task foresees to contact many internal experienced persons for collecting and merging information about the existing technologies.
This role offers the opportunity to develop wade knowledge about the existing technologies in the sites. It helps to create a background of experiences for a deep understanding of the Global Industrial Operations.
The expectation is to populate a data base for issuing a specific matrix of technologies.
The candidate will work closely with a MSAT Manufacturing Technologies Senior Manager to be routed and followed in the execution of the job
