Ariston Thermo Group is now looking for young talented people to strengthen its “Rapid Development Countries” (RDC) region, that operates through production plants and commercial offices in Africa, Americas, East Europe, India, Middle East and Russia.
The Programme
Would you define yourself as an entrepreneur, open minded and ambitious person?
Are you a foreign student in an engineering/economics Master degree or Post-graduate Programme in Italian Universities?
Are you a foreign newly graduate living in Italy?
Are you interested in starting your career in Marketing, Sales, Parts & Service or Finance within a multinational company?

The International Career Programme is a development path consisting of a 6 months training experience in the headquarter in Milan(Italy), followed by a full time job opportunity in one of the RDC locations in Africa, Americas, East Europe, India, Middle East and Russia.
Participation Requirements:
- Master degree in Engineering or Economics (only graduations within September 2016 will be considered) or Post-graduate programmes
- Strong interest in international work experiences
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of a second language (Italian, French or Spanish is preferable)
- A previous internship during or after academic career is a plus.
