You will join the Hitachi ABB Power Grids, located in Santa Palomba.
You will support the definition and implementation of Quality procedures, SOPs (support Operation Procedures) and Work Instructions to improve operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the local business.
Tasks
In this role, your main accountabilities will be to promote and support the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy. Accelerate the rate of operational
improvement, with resulting cost savings within the operation.
You will also establish and implement Q&OpEx priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the local operation. Monitors progress and supports actions on deviations from
targets.
Your background
We are looking for a newly graduated in preferably Management Engineering and have basic knowledge on lean production, operational excellence (Opex) and quality issue.
You need to have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Lean Engineering Tools, Visio (will be a plus) and Office (in particular Excel).
Complete the profile proactivity, problem solving capability, a good attitude to play in a team.
Duration of the internship: 6 months
