We are looking for a motivated person to join our Finance Team in Rome within Financial Planning & Control area who will report to the Treasury Sr Specialist and will also work closely with the other Finance members.

You will be responsible for……
• Finance documentation processing;
• Cost-controlling (invoices and expenses);
• Managing of work equipment assignments;
• Making analysis and archive activities;
• Treasury, reconciliation and control activities;
• Supporting people related procurement.
You…
• Have preferably a past experience in accounting, treasury or control departments;
• Have a Master Degree in Business Administration or similar;
• Have a general knowledge about the basics of accounting or treasury;
• Have good knowledge of English, any other European language is a plus;
• Have a good command with Excel and a good attitude to manage accounting and treasury systems;
• Have excellent analytical and organizational skills;
• Are very accurate, with a strong attention to details and quality;
• Are able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable to manage also routine activities;
• Have passion for the Mobile industry and its developing potential!

We are looking for a motivated person to join our International Finance Team in Rome who will report to the International Finance Senior Manager and will also work closely with the global Finance Team.
A day in the life of the International Finance Team at Neomobile could include reporting and forecasting activities.
You will be responsible for…
• Helping your colleagues in drafting monthly managerial reporting (P&L, Net Financial Position and Cash Flow);S
• Supporting in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for different Countries;
• Keep yourself up with local accounting agencies on local books, tax compliance, corporate law compliance, local financial statement delivery;
• Facilitate the correct flows of all the financial information from Countries to HQ and from business departments to accounting agencies;
• Supporting the year-end audit procedures for different Countries.

• Have preferable a short experience in Finance Department of international company;
• Have a degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent;
• Have good computer skills with proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management will be considered as a plus;
• Know English fluently while Spanish/French is preferable (but not a requisite);
• Have good analytical and organizational skills;
• Have good communication skills and capability to manage relationship cross countries within an international environment;
